Craig Barry Pivo is a health care professional that truly loves what he does and, perhaps more importantly, cares about the people he helps medicinally. Craig Barry Pivo takes the time to understand the various needs of his patients, and he is always willing to discuss their health care needs in a personal and responsive fashion. Mr. Pivo has been involved with pharmaceuticals for over 20 years, and during that time, he has had the opportunity to help countless individuals while managing clinical processes for the pharmacies he has overseen.

In his most recent capacity as the Director of Pharmacy for CVS, he was responsible for providing superior pharmacy services to both patients and medical practitioners. Specifically, this included counseling patients and medical practitioners regarding the nature and use of drugs, as well as training pharmacy interns. Craig Barry Pivo managed the preparation and dispensation of prescription medications to patients or medical practitioners while providing guidance, training, and supervision to pharmacists, interns, and technicians on staff.

Aside from his direct pharmaceutical duties, Mr. Pivo performed administrative duties in the form of managing finances, regulating inventory flow, and overseeing all pharmacy operations, which put him in direct control of policies and procedures, licensure issues, and insurance information and allowed him to assess the viability of new ideas.

CVS recognized Craig Barry Pivo’s efforts and selected him as one of five finalists for an emerging leader program, which was an extreme honor for Mr. Pivo, and the interview process can take up to a year. Craig Barry Pivo currently resides in Henderson, Nevada.
