Craig Barry Pivo began his professional pharmacy career at Fullerton, California’s St. Jude Hospital and Rehabilitation Center as a staff pharmacist. While still a student affiliated with the University of Southern California’s pharmacy doctorate program, Craig Barry Pivo was promoted from an intern to the Head Pharmacist Intern at St. Jude before finally becoming a fully accredited staff pharmacist. Craig B. Pivo received his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Chemistry, from California State University Fullerton in 1984. In 1988, he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from USC.
